Global Service Resources is looking for a contract Certified Nursing Assistant for California Medical Facility (CMF) in Vacaville, CA.
Shifts: All 3 shifts are available
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Morning shift)
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (PM Shift)
10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (NOC shift)
Pay Rate: $32- $34/hr
Must have ALL of the following requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant position:
12 months of CNA experience within the last 3 years
CA Board Certified CNA License
BLS from American Heart Association
Duties for CNA:
a. Assist patient/youth with activities of daily living and provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
b. Perform and document rounds of patient/youth receiving medical and/or psychiatric care and report changes in patient/youth condition to the RN
c. Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing
d. Assist other non-custody staff to provide patient/youth care
e. Prepare documentation for patient/youth transfers to other Institutions/Facilities or trips to specialty appointments
f. Complete all required documentation of patient/youth care, provide written or oral reports, and record entries in logbooks
g. Clean, maintain, and check equipment
h. Check inventory, order and check supplies
Copies of personal documents and references will be requested. Must have recent shots, immunizations, TB Test and Fit Test done already- if not, you must update them on your own. Our registry will cover the drug and background check.
