We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for Home Health assignments in Oxnard, CA. Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Oxnard, CA 93033 Job Type: Per Diem / Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available) Pay: $55–$61/hour or $65–$115 per visit
Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Conduct patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and case managers
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance
Complete and submit clinical documentation accurately and timely
Requirements:
Active California RN license
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred but not required)
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
EMR documentation experience a plus
DSL portal experience preferred
