Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in Stockton, CA!
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Stockton, CA 95215 Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Payrate: $40-$41/hour
Requirements:
12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years
Current and valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Proficiency in English (oral and written communication required)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services including identification, diagnosis, consultation, and treatment of speech, language, oral/pharyngeal sensor motor dysfunction, and cognitive rehabilitation for designated patients/youth
Perform speech-language and dysphagia evaluations and make recommendations as ordered by facility physicians
Deliver follow-up therapy services as needed per physician orders
Ensure availability and setup of therapy materials and instructions for patient/youth use
Prepare required reports, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries for patient records
Perform other duties as assigned by facility leadership
