Global Service Resources is looking for a License Clinical Social Worker in Los Angeles, CA!
Pay Rate: $50/hour Schedule: Vary, Per Diem, 10-25 hours per week Location: Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement best practices for delivering BH services to PEH.
Develop policies, training, and workforce development programs for staff.
Design and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service delivery.
Use data to guide quality improvement and address service gaps.
Stay current with regulations, research, and evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen BH services.
Support frontline staff in resolving service challenges.
Additional Duties:
Attend meetings and participate in team-based quality improvement efforts.
Share knowledge and best practices with HFH staff.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Master’s in social work (MSW) + 4 years clinical experience (1 year in a healthcare or community setting).
Licensure: Active California LCSW license.
Other Requirements: Valid CA driver's license, Live Scan & Health Clearance, strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
