Global Service Resources is looking for a contract Licensed Physical Therapist in Represa, CA.
Location: Represa, CA 95671
Duration: 6 months
Shift: Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7am-3pm
Pay rate: $63.00 -$72.00
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license or Certification in the state of California
-Must pass drug and background check.
- BLS from American Heart Associate
- Must Passed Drug Test and background check
- Cener Experience Preferred
- CDCR-preferred
