Global Service Resources is looking for a contract Licensed Physical Therapist in Stockton, CA.
Location: 7707 Austin Rd, Stockton, CA 95215
Pay Rate: $66/hr to $75/hr on W2. (Negotiable)
Schedule: Wed-Sun 6am-2:30pm Orientation time 7am-3:30pm for about two weeks
Guaranteed hours per week: 36
Contract Length: Contract, Renewable after 6 months
Detailed schedule will be presented in the first day reporting memo. Please know bad attendance and performance will not be tolerated. CDCR & CERNER experience preferred but required
Requirements:
- Professional License
- ACLS,BLS,NIHSS
Once interviewed, the on-boarding process may take 2 to 5 weeks. Since this is a government job, it will have a rigorous hiring and on-boarding process. References will be requested. Copies of personal documents will be required in order to be submitted. We will run eVerify.
Note: You will not receive the same benefits as a direct state employee. You will be eligible for Health and Dental Insurance at a Discounted Rate and 3 paid Sick Days after 90 days of employment.
