Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and patient support in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Review and accurately dispense prescribed medications.
Provide patient counseling on safe and effective medication use.
Monitor patient medication therapies for efficacy and safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee medication inventory, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and disposal.
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues related to prescriptions and medication coverage.
Support quality improvement initiatives within the outpatient pharmacy.
Requirements:
Current and valid California Pharmacist License.
Minimum of 1+ year recent experience in an outpatient setting (not retail).
