Overview:Â
As a Physical Therapist in a correctional setting, you’ll provide rehabilitative care to individuals in custody, supporting recovery and improved mobility through personalized treatment plans. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help promote physical wellness and functional independence in a secure, structured environment.
Qualification Requirements:?Â
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist within the last 3 yearsÂ
Active California PT licenseÂ
Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross with AED)Â
Medical clearance for N95 and PAPR respirator use (per 8 CCR 5199)Â
Copies of personal documents and references will be collected. Must pass drug test and background check. Must have recent shots, immunizations, TB Test, etc.Â
