Global Service Resources is looking for a contract Registered Nurse in San Diego, CA!
Hours: 40 hours a week with possible overtime
Schedules:
2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (PM Shift)/ Friday-Tuesday
Pay: $81 - $83/hr on W2!
Contract Duration: 4-6 months (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest medical technologies and best practices in nursing.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
Requirements:
-BLS from American Heart Association
-Board Certified RN License.
-12 months of RN experience within the last 3 years.
-Must be able to pass skills checklist
-Must have recent shots, immunizations, TB Test and Physical done already- if not, you must update them on your own. Our registry will cover the drug and background check.
Once interviewed, the on-boarding process may take 2 to 4 weeks. Since this is a government job, it will have a rigorous hiring and on-boarding process. Patience will be required. References will be requested. Copies of personal documents will be required in order to be submitted.
Note: You will not receive the same benefits as a direct State employee. You will be eligible to sign up for Health Insurance+ Vision+Dental at a Discounted Rate and 3 paid Sick Days after 90 days of employment.
