Overview: We are seeking a driven Remote Sales Representative with staffing sales experience to join Global Service Resources (GSR), a trusted leader headquartered in Burbank, California. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, focusing on acquiring new healthcare and IT clients and promoting our staffing services. The candidate will work remotely, concentrating on understanding client needs, developing tailored staffing solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new clients in the healthcare and IT staffing sectors through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Leverage your staffing sales experience to understand the specific staffing requirements of healthcare facilities and IT departments, and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Conduct detailed client consultations and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our healthcare and IT staffing solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms that align with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with our recruiting team to match qualified professionals with client job requirements, both in healthcare settings and IT roles.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and diligently follow up on all leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare and IT staffing industries.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Compensation:
Hourly wage: $25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Unlimited commission structure with high earning potential based on sales performance.
