Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for California Health Care Facility in Stockton, CA.
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Stockton, CA 95215
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Contract: 35 weeks
Pay rate: $40-$41/hour
Requirements:
-12 months of relevant work within the past 3 years.
-Must have a current California license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
-Must speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
Job duties include:
-Identifying, diagnosing, consulting, and treating speech, language, motor, and cognitive issues.
-Performing speech-language and dysphagia evaluations and making care recommendations.
-Providing follow-up services as needed based on physician orders.
-Ensuring availability and setup of therapy materials.
-Preparing documentation like evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
-Performing other assigned duties.
Copies of personal documents and references will be collected. Must pass drug test and background check. Must have recent shots, immunizations, TB Test, etc...
