Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapy License
Current BLS CPR certification
10+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients with speech, language, hearing, and oral motor disorders.
Assess and reassess patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide direct speech therapy and individualized treatment plans.
Deliver quality therapy services following speech therapy principles and practices.

Qualifications:

Current Arizona state licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or acceptance into a Clinical Fellowship Year
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

Analytical and clinical skills to determine the most appropriate radiograph method based on patient condition and limitations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist patients under stress, follow physician instructions, and work in a diverse hospital environment.
Technical knowledge to operate imaging equipment, specialized devices, and computer systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a complex environment and manage multiple or changing priorities.
Knowledge of American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation requirements.
Physical stamina for walking, standing, lifting, and positioning patients; ability to bend, push, pull, reach, and lift.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate imaging equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications:

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology (R); CT certification preferred.
Must obtain American Heart Association (AHA) BLS â Healthcare Provider certification by the end of orientation.
At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or advanced CT certification.

Valid EKG Technician Certificate
Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years)

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide crisis intervention and psychosocial assessments for ED patients
Conduct risk assessments for safety, abuse, neglect, and mental health concerns
Assist with care coordination and discharge planning, including community referrals
Offer emotional support to patients and families during emergencies
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Document assessments, interventions, and referrals in accordance with hospital standards
Provide support in OB-related situations when needed (Labor & Delivery, NICU, etc.)

Qualifications:

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or ACSW (Associate Clinical Social Worker) with strong clinical experience
Experience in crisis intervention
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department
Strong assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills
Knowledge of community resources and discharge planning
