Job Description

Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to work in North Hollywood, CA!

Job title: Physical Therapist
Location: North Hollywood, CA 91605
Payrate: $70-$75/hour

Responsibilities:
A. Patient Care
  1. Assessment – Conducts evaluations, makes referrals.
  2. Treatment – Sets goals, develops plans, applies appropriate methods, monitors effectiveness, manages equipment needs, fabricates devices, consults with providers, and trains caregivers.
  3. Documentation – Completes agency-required records, including notes, assessments, and therapy programs.

B. Case Management
  1. Coordinates services with the clinic team.
  2. Handles equipment/service authorizations and follow-ups.
  3. Performs assigned administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Must be a state-paneled therapist
  • BLS
  • Must have pediatric experience
  • Must have experience
  • Must be able to work in the US and pass background/drug check.
