Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately
Work collaboratively with oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during treatments
Maintain detailed treatment and patient care records
Requirements:
Certification: Radiation Therapy (1 Equivalency)Â
Credential: BLSÂ
Case Load and Procedures:
Daily Case Load: 25–50 patients
Top Procedures:
3D Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D)
Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
Deep Hyperthermia Radiation (DHR)
