Job Title: Communications Services Analyst I Location: Los Angeles, CA 90063 Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Assignment type: Temporary (12 monthsw/ high chance of extension or hire) Pay rate: $40-$45/hour
Description:
Conduct studies of telecommunications services, equipment, and systems.
Coordinate service provisioning and communications operations.
Support telecommunications projects and order processing.
Assist with planning and installation of cloud-based voice, VoIP, PBX, IVR, and ACD systems.
Identify communications needs and operational requirements.
Coordinate services and act as liaison between County departments and vendors.
Support communications equipment planning and space allocation.
Attend project, staff, and stakeholder meetings.
Perform on-site evaluations and support service requests from start to completion.
Coordinate vendors, clients, and service implementations.
Investigate and resolve telecommunications billing issues.
Maintain documentation and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience coordinating voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
3+ years of experience with cloud communications (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, ACD/Call Accounting, or similar).
3+ years of experience with VoIP, PBX, IVR, ACD, and legacy voice systems.
3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Zoom, Cisco Unified Communications, or similar.
3+ years of experience with service request lifecycle, vendor coordination, and on-site evaluations.
