Global Service Resources is looking for a licensed and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help patients regain or develop functional abilities following injury, illness, or disability.
Position: Occupational Therapist – Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 Pay: $55-$60/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OT evaluations (ADL/IADL, functional cognition, life skills).
Implement individualized interventions to support housing transitions and daily routines.
Collaborate with case managers, nurses, and housing providers.
Recommend equipment, modifications, and supports.
Document services, update treatment plans, and supervise students/aides.
Participate in program improvement and trainings.
Requirements:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (California).
Experience or fieldwork in community-based OT, homelessness, or public health.
Knowledge of functional cognition, mental illness, substance use, and disability impacts.
Familiarity with safety net systems and social services navigation.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and trauma-informed care skills.
Willingness to work in field-based, non-traditional clinical settings.
