Description:
Provide basic IT support under the supervision of IT professionals.
Identify, track, document, research, and resolve IT issues; escalate high-priority problems as needed.
Perform routine system testing, production tasks, and validate IT manuals/procedures.
Operate and support office and high-speed commercial printers.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, monitors, printers, cabling, and other IT hardware.
Qualifications:
Customer service, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
2 years of specialized clerical experience in an IT environment, including desktop software or high-speed commercial printers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
