Job Title: IT Technical Aid (Asset Inventory Scanning) 950 Location: City of Industry, CA 91746 Assignment type: Temporary - 3 monthsw/ high chance of extension or hire Pay rate: $18-$20/hour
Description:
Provide basic IT support and routine systems-related tasks under IT staff supervision.
Identify, track, document, research, and resolve IT issues; escalate high-priority issues as needed.
Perform routine systems testing and production tasks, including validating manuals and procedures.
Support office and high-speed commercial printers.
Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, monitors, printers, cabling, and other IT hardware.
Lift office supplies/equipment up to 20 lbs.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of customer service, problem-solving, communication, organization, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
2 years of specialized clerical experience in an IT environment, including desktop software or high-speed commercial printers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
