Global Service Resources is seeking experienced Lab Assistants to support one of our major healthcare clients, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong laboratory support skills and recent hands?on experience in a medical setting.
Location:Â Los Angeles County
Hours:Â Full-Time. Hiring Multiple Candidates for All Shifts
Shifts Available:
Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $24–$25/hr
Position Overview
Lab Assistants will work primarily in specimen receiving and processing, supporting the laboratory team to ensure accurate, timely handling of all incoming samples.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Lab Assistant in a medical or clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab setting
Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Employment Classification & Benefits
This is a registry (temporary) position. You will be employed by Global Service Resources and assigned to work at Harbor?UCLA Medical Center. As a registry employee, you are eligible for:
Medical, dental, and vision benefits
Five (5) paid sick days per year in accordance with California Paid Sick Leave laws
Meal and rest breaks provided in compliance with California Labor Code
Overtime paid according to California state regulations
