Global Service Resources is looking for an experience Licensed Vocational Nurse to work in Tehachapi, CA!
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse Location: Tehachapi, CA 93561 Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Thursday - Monday) Pay rate: $51/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide healthcare services per CCHCS policies and within LVN scope of practice
Perform basic nursing care, administer medications, and support disease prevention
Collect and report patient status to PCP or RN
Educate patients, document care, and follow physician orders
Assist with treatments, diagnostic specimen collection, and minor medical procedures
Support mental health professionals in treatment planning and monitoring
Train patients in daily living activities and document all care for continuity
Requirements:
12 months of direct patient care experience in the last 3 years (excluding internships)
Valid California LVN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross with AED)
Completed competency validation per Title 22 requirements
Compliance with N95/PAPR respiratory protection standards and annual training
Proficient in spoken and written English
