Global Service Resources is looking for a licensed and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help patients regain or develop functional abilities following injury, illness, or disability.
Position: Occupational Therapist Location: Antelope Valley, CA 93534 / San Fernando Valley, CA 91331 Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Pay: $55-$60/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Review physician referrals and medical records to develop treatment strategies
Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and emotional function
Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting rehabilitation goals
Deliver therapy through exercises, ADL training, sensory-motor activities, and adaptive techniques
Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide guidance and supervision to support staff or students as needed
Participate in training and quality improvement activities
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ACOTE)
Current California Occupational Therapist license or limited permit
Valid BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
1 year of clinical experience preferred
Ability to travel locally as needed for job duties
