Global Service Resources is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for the Sherman Oaks/ Valley area.
Pay Rate: $78 to $87/hr depending on experience, scheduling consistency and overall coverage requirements.
Schedule: Per Diem/Full Time. Give us your availability and we will match with the client's needs.
Requirements:
-License to practice Occupational Therapy in California
-Must be able to provide copies of your masters degree, medical records (immunizations, TB, etc...) and proof of auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
-Must pass background check
-Regional Center experience preferred
-Sensory Integration experience preferred
The Occupational Therapist will be practicing at client homes in the valley or the behavioral center in Sherman Oaks.
Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
Travel time and mileage between client-assigned work locations during the work day will be paid. However, travel time from home to the first assigned location or the last assigned location to home will be considered normal commute and will not be paid.
