Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Turlock, CA.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER (Per Diem) Location: Turlock, CA 95382 Payrate: $67-$70/hour
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess patients, develop care plans, and communicate with the healthcare team
Documents patient care and treatment responses accurately
Supports organizational goals and objectives
Follows universal precautions and departmental protocols
Meets core measures and complies with government regulations
Implements nursing guidelines in patient care
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in RN - ER
Current State of California RN license
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
