Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced LVN/LPN in Joshua Tree, CA.
Job Title: Per Diem LVN/LPN Location: Joshua Tree, CA 92252 Payrate: $42/hour
Responsibilities:
Reassess patient needs and update care plans.
Provide skilled preventive and rehabilitative nursing care.
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Case Manager.
Educate and support patients and families on home care.
Coordinate community resources and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and medication documentation.
Participate in staff meetings, conferences, and training.
Follow clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
Deliver compassionate care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
2 years LPN/LVN experience
LPN License
BLS Certification
