Job Description

Global Service Resources is looking for a contractor in Los Angeles.

Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect 827
Location: Downey, CA 90242
Assignment type: Temporary (12 months w/ high chance of extension or hire)
Pay rate: $75-$80/hour

Responsibilities:

Leads enterprise architecture strategy for complex IT and cloud initiatives
Aligns technical solutions with business processes and long-term strategy
Performs requirements analysis, needs assessments, and integration planning
Guides lifecycle sustainability and enterprise solution architecture
Supports business process design, re-engineering, and IT investment decisions

Qualifications:

Expert in enterprise architecture standards, systems design, and integrations
7+ years applying Enterprise Architecture principles
5+ years in a lead architect capacity
Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field (experience may substitute)

Additional Skills and Experience:

Advanced transport protocols: VXC, dot1q, Q-in-Q
Cross-cloud, high-performance network architecture
Data center & edge design (Cisco ACI, Nexus 9K, ASR 1000)
Enterprise security: Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, cloud firewalls
Monitoring & troubleshooting: ThousandEyes, Cribl, PRTG, Wireshark
AWS: TGW, Direct Connect, VPC design, ELB, EC2 networking
Azure: ExpressRoute, vWAN, AVS, App Services, Hub/Spoke, Private Endpoints
GCP: Cloud Router, NCC Hub/Spoke, GCVE, VLAN attachments

Certifications: (Required)

CCNP Service Provider
CCNP Enterprise
Specialist certs in Core & Advanced Routing (both tracks)
Certifications will be verified
