Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist in Detroit, MI.
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Detroit, MI 48235 Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Payrate: $48-$50/hour
Responsibilities:
Diagnoses and treats speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
Performs diagnostic assessments using speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive tests.
Reviews medical records and test results to develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provides direct therapy and individualized treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.
Educates patients and families on communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs, including home programs.
Documents evaluations, treatment progress, and billing information per department and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams and participates in meetings and chart reviews.
Qualifications:
Speech Therapist State License
BLS certification
2 years of experience
