Job Description

Global Service Resources is looking for a contractor in Los Angeles.

Job Title: Technical Lead 844
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90020
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment type: Temporary (12 months w/ high chance of extension or hire)
Pay rate: $50-$55/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Similar to Senior Technical Lead but works under a Senior TL or Senior PM.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture reference models in the IT repository.
  • Identify gaps between current and target architecture and create transition plans.
  • Define policies and principles guiding enterprise technology decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve enterprise systems and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Promote and educate stakeholders on enterprise architecture value and usage.
  • Provide architecture guidance and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, program management, and organizational mission.
  • Experience aligning enterprise IT specifications with business requirements.
  • Ability to develop architecture plans, reference models, and sequencing strategies.
  • Knowledge of project management, IT disciplines, and technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with reporting skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
  • At least 3 years experience in a lead role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (experience may substitute year-for-year).
Additional Skills and Experience: 
  • Ability to design Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) data models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • 3 years (within last 5 years) – Software development project experience.
  • 3 years (within last 5 years) – Designing and implementing Dynamics 365 custom applications.
  • 3 years (within last 5 years) – Experience using Azure DevOps.
  • 2 years (within last 3 years) – Azure Cloud Platform experience.
  • 2 years (within last 3 years) – Integrating multiple systems into a unified platform.
  • 2 years (within last 3 years) – Digital tools, software, and networking systems.
  • 2 years (within last 3 years) – Security principles and safe practices.
