Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Telephone Operator to join our team!
Job Title: Telephone Operator Location: Sylmar, CA 91342 Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Pay Rate: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
Operate multi-line telephone systems and paging equipment
Provide accurate information to patients, visitors, and staff
Transfer calls to appropriate departments and personnel
Take and relay messages as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recent experience as a Telephone Operator
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
